I have a 6950 Sapphire card.  I am using Trixx to manage the overclock/underclock settings.  Had one or two situations where somehow the settings got reset and my temps shot thru the roof.  Want to avoid this by hard coding the memory, engine, and voltage settings in the bios.  What is the best way to update the bios settings for a 6950?  I used RBE and changed Clock Info 00 Ram to my new settings, Also updated 02 ram and 03 ram as those matched originally what 00 was set to. Defaulted to 1250 upped to 1350.  I also wanted to set the Voltage to 1.0.  By default the voltage setting on RBE is ---.  Went into the GPU registers and changed the far right one (0x46) to 1.0 as that was the highest voltage setting by default.  Card isn't even my primary in the system (i.e. no monitor attached), but caused a blue screen rebooting into windows.  Thoughts?

Thanks.

Try booting without the card and sweeping the drivers if you haven't already, I've had a similar experience when flashing in the past.
