What software client did you use? Litecoin, electrum ltc...

Can you find the debug log and paste it here if it's litecoin core.

If it's another client, can you breakdown the issue a but further?

Most likely your wallet was hacked, maybe you went to a phishing site and you stole your data and secret key, contact the specified data in contacts! Perhaps you can help, the administration sometimes solves such problems, but not always!
