What's with the 1-12 numbers? Also, I hate it.

1-12 numbers aren't part of the tattoo, only the stencil to line up the 0s and 1s.

ATM the zeros and ones encode the number 1950. Is this meaningful? Maybe do 2011 (011111011011) instead?

I dont think thats a real tatoo. I dont see any swelling or scabbing and it looks different in the two ink'd images. If it is real, we have a Darwin Award winner!! Stupid is as stupid does.
