I have one question, what do you mean in "most provably fair"? One website lies you by 1% (most provably) and least provably by 40%? Provably fair is provably fair. I agree with you. Payment of winnings to customers is one of the main qualities of a casino. I would add to your words more such as the presence in the program code of reasonable interest rates, which allow the player to win in some cases. A good gambling site is not that perfect, there is always an issue of them. They gain trust by fixing the problem and giving good customer support to their complainants. We may debate 24/7 on what or who is an honest site here, but question is who can stay in the business longer than others.

I guess among the four categories being mobile friendly is the most important. Being on the move and always on the move is what people are nowadays and what they always have in their bag is their smart phone or a tablet.
