Hello,
I would like to hear your opinion about this 8×GPU placement in mining case:

http://i64.tinypic.com/33o17rt.jpg

As I saw in many videos with temperature measurments, the classic parallel positioning is interfering with each GPU cooling.
The GPUs between are 15-20°C hotter than the GPUS on the left and right corner.

With this placement every GPU is blowing hot air outside the case and not between.

What do you think??

why both the air direction is out
one side should be intake fans
and other side should be outtake fans

That's not a fan's, that's is GPUs. OP drawing a vertical GPUs positions.

It depends on GPUs airflow, what your GPUs are used? Many concepts of the cooling system, but it depends on a few factor. Ex, cards airflow, what kind of a rig you are used, rig dimensions etc.

Most of the cards will bear upto 70d Celsius So if you just keep the table fan under the cards you placed in the rig means you do not need to worry about the placing direction. You need to keep fan facing outside of windows side is enough for the placement you required.
I have seen the design image shared, Even that is fine to place in the rig. Please go ahead make the rig in aluminum stick. Wooden will not be works better for long time. vibration issue may comes all the time in Wooden rig.

I agree with this:

You need to build a solid rig frame. since sometimes we need to set GPU fan speed to 100% to keep your cards at a normal temperature. So it will increase vibrations at your cards.

I will be using 4 nvidia 1080 and 4 1080 ti.

Rig dimensions will be 100cm×40cm×50cm.
I will put a normal room vent for airflow between rig for cooling back sides of GPUs.
The GPUs will be fixed with two screws at the top. I dont think it will vibrate.
