I think xrp have performed quite well because the margin at which it lost it's value from the last year all time high is minimal compare to most coin, So i think xrp in my own opinion though i have not studied all the coins in the market,
You may not agree with me, but Ripple is not the real cryptocurrency. It is centralized. Although XRP market capitalization is great, I will not call it the best one. I support Stellar, TRON, and Ethereum. |

They are so may best altcoins in this year of 2018 but we encountered of price of the best altcoins was dump so much. Maybe in this end of year can recover again and make some huge increase of price.
I hope that happens, unfortunately I don't see price increases going on the market. yesterday's decline really hit many holders who were waiting for the market to improve but instead a decline. I think with market conditions like this it is very difficult to judge a good coin this year because all of them have decreased. |

Best altcoin for 2018 is Holochain (HOT). I wouldn't be surprised if it continues to be the best altcoin in the upcoming year.

I think the best altcoin in 2018 would be Ripple beating Ethereum's market cap and creating more developments under their platform. With their cross border payment systems it is attracting more and more investors that makes Ripple demands higher.
I think both these coins are great. Ripple is different and cannot be evaluated just by market cap. Ethereum is a strong altcoin and can compete with anyone on high level. |

I think that currently a good coin in 2018 is XRP, EOS and NEO, I value this from the development of the system and the cooperation made with large companies, for prices to be very stable at the same time many others experience price declines

I think that if I call Ontology few people will argue with me.
The project has shown its efficiency and prospects, which gives cryptocurrency.
I will not argue with you. Ontology, as well as OmiseGO and Ox seem to me the greatest projects. I can say that Ethereum, despite its low price and the dump,is still the best altcoin with the greatest future. |

although there are many other altcoins that offer the highest prices for 2018, for me the altcoin that is most in demand by everyone is Etherum. in my opinion, ETherum is the best altcoin for 2018.

In the year 2017 so many Altcoin came into limelight . ETC, WAVE, STRATIS, DASH, ONION and many more Altcoin gained remarkable value. Let us guess Best Altcoins for year 2018?
I believe that the best altcoins in 2018 are Ethereum, NEO, EOS, in my opinion, these are the most promising and the best altcoins. |

From my point of view these are definetly Ripple and Stellar. Both coins are currently fighting over the replacement of SWIFT. I think, the coin who wins this fight will be the new king in crypto world.

I think litecoin or stellar are great, they are both on the top ten of best cryptocurrencies of the moment, and they seem to be growing slow but steady in the last months.
For me, Stellar turned to be the best altcoin of this year. This cryptocurrency managed to take the 5th place according to its market capitalization. Definitely, EOS surprised me pleasantly a lot. |

It has been a good year for the altcoins to get exposure but beyond that it has been one of those years where all of the altcoins are just trying to survive for the long term. They have gotten a lot of support and a lot of people have found out that they are good coins to invest in but this is a bear and the coins are doing as well as they can in such a market |
