Where are the most favorable jurisdictions for blockchain start-ups? Where are the best countries to set up a company for your ICO?

A lot of ICOs are based in Singapore.

Switserland I heard like Icos. New laws was signed in Belarus and Kazahstan. But most of them taken low taxes zones  ofshores like virgin islands. Look for OAE also.

I don't know, not so much countries that support this direction. I think the best option is Hong Kong. But this is not accurate. But I'm very interested to know the options.

Its not about the country where to start your ICO though best country to start ICO is JAPAN i think!
ICO and the project is not all about the country! it is about how you manage to sell it to the people, marketing specialist is really in-need on to this!
campaigns to market the ICO is one of the best too. but most and foremost! the kind of ICO you want to build! that will start everything!
