Guys who have hands on experience into this please explain which one is paying.

Your question referenced mining pools, which there are many of, and those don't sell out you simply pick a pool to mine with but I have a feeling you're referring to Cloud Mining

More than 95% of cloud mining has proven to be a scam or incompetent failure over the past 5 years. There's several threads detailing the failings of cloud mining.

You're asking for the best company out of the "built for failure" setup.... sounds like asking for which cancer has the best mortality rate.

The best option is to avoid them all together, "none of the above" is unfortunately the best option.

If you don't want to mine then consider buying the coins directly from an exchange.

One more reason for my thrust - I am looking for these 5% honest businesses.

Why cloud mining? Why not either invest in the hardware yourself or buy coins?  A third option is use mining rig rentals and just buy hashpower. Just because you find one of the 5% cloud mining operations that are not a scam yet doesn’t mean they just haven’t pulled the plug yet.

The entire crypto universe is full of scammers and thieves. Good luck with finding whatever it is you think will be 100% trust.

if you say genesis mining then it is cloud mining and it is not mining pool because as far as I know the mining pool is like suprnova, nicehash, antpool and else. I advice you to be careful when you decide to choose cloud mining because you will need to wait too long before you can make ROI with them and it is better to mining with the hardware.
