any decent low difficulty alt(shit) coins doing well right now for 570/ 580 cards? Anything worth switching off eth as the primary?

You can try Cryptonight based coins. I am using Sapphire Pulse RX570 OC 4GB and getting 890 h/s @ 100 W each at the wall. You can try mining Sumokoin which is performing well these days. Also Electroneum and Karbo look promising.

Thanks for the reply.  SUMO looks interesting - almost to the ETH profit levels.  KARBO and ETN are not quite as strong.

Just doesn't seem like there is anything to pull the trigger on yet.  Obviously, mining an early stage coin has longer term upside of course so has to be factored in.
