Hi Guys,

Is the price going to stabilize ?

In economy there is nothing really “stable”, look at the dollar price from the last year: it fluctuates more than a bit, in direct relation with the victory of Trump, for instance, or TLC negotiations, &co.
Obviously, there are not such as big fluctuations as BTC because the dollar is a coin managed by a government and based on a lot of industry and so.

Now, BTC is not yet “money”, in the strict sense of “money”, so it is used more as an investment than a payment method. For the moment I don’t think its price is going to become stable, at least as long as BTC is a way to speculate and earn money more than a coin that allows people to “buy stuff”.

Well, I don't see any stabilization soon. It's too early and the market is not mature yet.

In my opinion, it is not necessary to expect stability in the market in the near future, in 2018 the fluctuations in the exchange rate will be quite large. When really big money will come to this market, it is possible that the exchange rate will not be so big.

There are two things that have caused this dip. Note that the dip is as a result of fear arising from attempt by Governments to control Bitcoin.

Why does the Government want to control? It is due to the volatility. The growth of Bitcoin was too astronomical that every person should be scared. Bitcoin was becoming too expensive for any meaningful system to accommodate.

Again, the issue of control. Because of the absence of control, I believe, there was massive manipulation that lead to the sharp rise to the all time pick of $19,000.

I don't think that the price is gonna stabilize. It could have got stabilized when the price was around the $13000 range, bow it is very low and no reason in front to experience a price increase. So, stabilization is not gonna happen. It'll continue to fluctuate and might cause a price increase.

The marketcap speaks for it self. From the correction happen in the first week to second week this January, the support from $10k should really fight. In my opinion, if it will go below $9k this week we where facing more of big drop in the market specially the upcoming news regarding tax and other FUD that we encounter from entering this year which really shakes the market off.

more volume = more stabilization. even the dollar is not stable, but it has low volatility.
