RX 570/580 Ethereum rig

Ok, it seems that the GTX 1060 is not really a good choice for Ethereum. I'll wait for the RX 570 or 580 (I don't know if 4 or 8 gb, it depends on what I will find) . Which is the best rig config for these cards? I mean, motherboard, cpu etc?

Depending of the number of GPU...
For a RIG of 6 GPU you can use:
Mother board: H81 Pro BTC R2.0
CPU: Intel Haswell Processeur Pentium G3260 3.3 GHz 3Mo Cache Socket 1150


But to be simple CPU is not use at all during mining process so a small one is enough.

For disk it gonna depend of the OS. For a linux USB key 8g is enough but for windows SSD 40g  is require.

Memory 4G is enough for linux 8G is better for Windob.

I suggest using 8Gb for Ethereum mining. When Dag file size increased, Polaris cards will be affected.

Yes, my intention is to build a 6 GPU Miner (and I'm going to use win)... maybe I found 6 RX 580 at an accettable price (the 4gb version, I know 8gb is better, but I can't find them at the moment).

Honestly I would like to save money with mobo etc... a cheap Celeron maybe would be ok... no?

How many w do I need? A 1000w can be ok? Maybe better 1200w?

DAG file is locating directly in your GPU memory. And if DAG file is bigger than your GPU memory so your GPUs become useless. You can still use 4gb cards now, don't to worry.

19x ASUS mining expert board is fine to have the more number of cards in one rig. When comparing with the 1060 alone you may find the better performance from Rx 570 cards but still it one of the profitable card bro. Nvidia 1060 6GB also can use to mine the ethereum or ZEC.
Others like SSD, number of cards, OS, SMPS and the watts in SMPS according to the number of cards you gonna add in your rig should be decide by your own bro.
