Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

With any TOTP device, when you added it, you should have been given a recovery key.

If that's lost, or you didn't note it....sorry, you could be out of luck :/

Same happened to a friend of mine. He wrote to the exchanges and they asked for a proof of identity. They then restored his account and deactivated 2FA.
So just wait and hope for an answer.

When you were enabling 2FA on your Livecoin account .First time they had given you a master key , If you wrote down that key then you can login now . Or you have to wait for the reply of livecoin support

Did you made sure that the email address you've used to sent the request to them is the same as the one you've used when you first opened your account?
And if provided the following information below:

Please, provide the following data in your request: your last deposit amount and last trades.

If yes, You're good to go. Just try to follow up your problem by sending a PM to this user LiveCoin
or posting in their ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1151791.0. By reading the recent posts of their ANN thread and some threads on Exchanges board, you're not the only one who's experiencing this, maybe its because of the high traffic again???
