I can't get the btc before the device is shipped so that defeats the whole purpose of selling the pre-order. I will make the auctions when i have the devices in hand.

Pidobir won't transfer ownership? I think transfer of ownership should be enough. I mean if Metabank never delivers or pidobir doesn't ship, it is the risk that you are selling right? Otherwise, it does make sense to wait for it to arrive then sell it.
