New to the forum, need some tips on flashing a Jalapeno with a dragon

Hi all!

As I can't yet post this in the relevant area, I shall post it hear in case anyone knowledgeable is hanging around.

I've got all the gear to flash my Jally (AVRDragon, using an IDE cable as my jtag cable etc) but every time I try to read from the jaly in amtel studio, I get a voltage error (Expected 3.0v, got 1.6v) and cannot read any information. Any idea why this is happening?
