You can set your share difficulty by adding +0.0000xxxx to your coin adress:

yourAddress+0.0004872

Recommend share difficulty:

5   +0.00000582
10   +0.00001164
50   +0.00005821
100   +0.00011641
250   +0.00029103
500   +0.00058207
750   +0.00087310
1000   +0.00116414

Backend
P2Pool seemed like a great choice right off-the-bat. I checked out PushPool and really like some of the features of it. But P2Pool seems a lot more stable, practical, and less resource intensive when trying to host multiple currencies.

Payout and Fees
Since Guugll is runs on P2Pool, payouts are done by the PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares) method.

Guugll will charge 2% with no transaction fees.
