P2Pool seemed like a great choice right off-the-bat. I checked out PushPool and really like some of the features of it. But P2Pool seems a lot more stable, practical, and less resource intensive when trying to host multiple currencies.
Payout and Fees
Since Guugll is runs on P2Pool, payouts are done by the PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares) method.
