Biostar TA320-BTC: 6cards 3 hash well and 3 half speed

Dear experts miner,

I need your help along my rig.

I have a rig based on a Biostar TA320-BTC and 6 Radeon RX 470.

The all 6 cards uses the same bios: the 3 first hash 28mhs and the 3others cards only 12mhs.

I already change the risers and no improvement.

And the strange thing, I swap the cards, I still have the same results: the last 3 ports are hashing really slow.

Does anyone experience such a issue or troubleshoots with that motherboard or any other configurations ?

Could we say that the motherboard could be the source of the issue ?
