I keep seeing both these ICO token sales and pre-sales plastered everywhere.  I am trying to establish some people who have been accepted on either of these whitelists?.

Those are some of the big ones coming up, imo.

Also, check out newly added coins on coinmarketcap: https://coinmarketcap.com/new/ Some of them have just been released from hot ICOs and the market crash has caused them to go back closer to ICO price. Some examples are SelfKey, Trinity, Telcoin, Internet Node Token and INS.

Everyone has missed plenty of hot ICOs so do not despair. There are so many ICOs
coming that it is very hard to cover all the good ones for anyone.
