I wouldn't trust them. they are a .onion and the products they have advertised are having stock images pulled from google. it seems rather dodgy to me.

On a .onion you send network traffic though multiple computers, that information is also encrypted providing a large amount of anonymity, servers hosted on .onions are hidden services making them very hard to take down therefore they are a safe haven for scammers and such.
