What do you mean?

Yobit is an exchange not a cold storage... If you want to transfer your money from cold storage then simply send it. What does it have to do with yobit? Please make your op more clear, how do you expect anyone to be able to help otherwise?

I suspect that your problem may be that when you withdrew, yobit gave you the status code of transfer from cold storage. That means that their hot storage is probably empty right now and they have to move funds around in order to process your withdrawal.

You could ask about it on the trollbox, let mods know about the situation etc. Also create a new support ticket if you haven't already.

I made the transaction from yobit.net but while doing it, I didn't realize its offline so the money went to cold storage and I can't transfer back to my wallet.
