So... I've been using OKpay since MTGOX to Dwolla died. OKPay card has kinda been a pain... some companies in the US only accept US issued credit cards (US business bastards)
I found out today that you can withdraw USD via ACH or Dwolla from CampBX. I haven't used them much but am going to try them out. I have been looking for some easier way like this for awhile. As a way to get more people on there, they give a 10% lifetime off commissions if you sign up with a link they provide:

I just found out today, so will be testing them and posting personal experience here in the next month or two, let me know if you know cheaper/better/easier way, but this seems decent for now.
