I decided to let my raspberry pi run with the latest minepeon, with 15 minutes of donation time set. 7 hours later, it's still mining for the donation pools, and my pool has been deleted. Anybody else having this problem?  Embarrassed

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

You... could learn to set things up yourself and not donate mining time.

Need high quality, rack mountable GPU clusters for OpenCL work or password auditing?  http://www.stricture-group.com/
