"VKONTAKTE" - what is it? Is IAC popular there?
Vkontakte (vk.com) is basically the Russian facebook. And yes, IAC is quite popular there. Used it a while ago and I must say it is way faster and more user friendly than facebook! A great social network. Wish FB was like that. |

We hope to roll it out as soon as possible. but will people from outside of russia be able to purchase things on a discount when you roll out the app? |

Well, need to check some other similar projects and see how they do this. What about some coins for free on my balance? +1 for this. good idea! Don't most projects nowadays offer this? not quite, they tend to go with bounty campaigns |

I want to trust this project because it looks really awesome but I'm unsure yet....since most russian projects turn out to be scams...
Not all the Russian ICOs are scam. Well, the statistic data is against you. Could you provide any proof of that? I just see that Russan projects are scams more often than the American projects for example. |

How can you predict a steady turnover growth of 280% per year? According to public oversight boards that is a form of illegal advertisement unless you can 100% guarantee it and I doubt that is the case. I am more than happy to let you prove me wrong.

If you'd like to start a discussion about IAC, then please start with some evidence.. |
