Arent icos considered a violation of the religion there or something?

Yes, there are some scams, but in any county. If you'd like to start a discussion about IAC, then please start with some evidence..
Didn't want to discuss IAC. Just wanted to note that people don't trust Russian projects.
I would agree here, but dit doesn't mean that all Russian projects are like that.
