Listen, Wall Street is hilariously behind in the crypto world.  There they are, playing and profiting in their own world with their rules that set up to benefit themselves, and they haven't got a single damn clue as to the absolute atomic bomb that crypto is.

Just an example, it's been 6 years already and they are FINALLY doing thing like futures, hedge funds, and what not.
Meanwhile, early adopters have an insane amount of btc, startups are popping up left and right with quite a few absolutely smashing it.
And the average joe is jumping in.

Some wall street guy predicting btc going down that low is only waving his ignorance like a giant red flag.

BTC will eventually be replaced by something with better tech, but it still has a solid one to two more years of insane growth.
We are talking 40k, 60k, and 100k value.

So don't listen to some rich guy's opinion on something he knows nothing about.

There's really no telling what or when. Stand up for what you believe. People are hearing predictions of going up to 100,000 or going down to 1,000 but we'll never really know. If you sell now that its low, the sharks are ready to devour your investments and you end up losing. Or you can just hodl and wait for it to climb back up. Its really upto you and what you believe.

Another FUD attack. They have been FUDing bitcoin ever since but bitcoin still keeps growing. I do not think this one will work either.

Bitcoin still have a large group of supporters, I do not think those supporters will let the price go that price again.

Well it is all speculation , Bitcoin has always risen overcome all resistance. Besides the adoption of Bitcoin is just gaining traction so I would not give up just yet

Different people different perspective of looking at he bitcoin. I mean if there would have been any chance of that happening then there should have been some indications like bitcoin dropping each day by 1-2K USD and draining the market cap very fast. But what I'm observing since few weeks is market cap is holding up very strong and there have been few ups recently which completely states that bitcoin is still having healthy market. I think there is lesser chances of happening that as 250 billion dollar market cap is very extensive and there is no way half of that or more can drain just like that.

I mean things could happen where great development might take place sooner than we think and the market suddenly reaches ATH. Never lose hopes into the crypto world.

We can never say up to what extent it is likely to pump or dump. Bitcoin is highly volatile and as of now, I can say that it is not at its nest state. There are several altcoins that are much better to invest right now. Although the whole crypto currencies are currently experiencing declines, I think 2018 is not bitcoin's year. Drastic changes may happen to bitcoin. It may or may not drop to $1000. Who knows?

Highly doubt this will happen, but in some ways, I kind of hope it does. Obviously not for the panic and craziness that would follow, but just because I could buy BTC at a cheap price again.

Even if it falls to 1k, it won't be the end of crypto, and there will still be wild swings.

No one can predict the future of any thing but It is not possible that bitcoin goes to 1000$. It is just your prediction but it will not happen in near future.

I son’t think it will reach that amount in the future. But it could possibly happen and price could drop very low and would bounce back after. Anything could happen so I will definitely wait what will happen in the future.

I don't think so but possible under baby circumstances because no coins does hold constant value between a length of time. Therefore, Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies are not exempted about this possible tragic back-to-earth value because this time Bitcoin is in the moon and everyone wants to get it back to die again.
Bitcoin is the mother of all Cryptocurrencies so developers are taking responsibility to take care Bitcoin's credibility and reputation.
If Bitcoin will drop as low as $1,000 then it's indeed surprising but I don't think it will happen soon.

I think this is as tempory down of bitcoin trend. But it already passed price of gold we identified as worthy metal. Also latest pridiction says that BTC will reach up to 25k$.

for me its a good year to invest and hold for long time investment especially now that all the prices of token and coins are droping.
