If this were so true then people in the share market would have stopped trading long time back and the very fact they didn't says it all. So I don't believe it's the end in fact it's the start of a new, a chance to make more money while others are confused, accumulate and hodl so it's easier for people to make money. Think positive and only positive things will happen.

The development since late December shows very clearly what is happening.

The whales - and anyone else with half a financial brain - are slowly selling all their bitcoin. As they sell, prices begin to drop sharply. They then hold back on the selling and newbies and "HODL'ers" are foolish enough to "buy the dip". This sends the price back up.

It then repeats with rates dropping again, until the newbies and "HODL'ers" buy the dip once more.

Except on every round the dip gets deeper and deeper.

The game is over, and anyone so stupendously stupid to keep buying from the whales who are unloading are basically just throwing their money away.

Face up to reality, the party is over.

For me, I don't believe that it is the end because the transactions are still running so don't lose hope. The price will rise soon and all the holders will sell their coin. The economy will be better soon we need to wait and observe.

We could face up the reality that bitcoin is volatile , the values go down and it falls from its original good  price value.but the game is not over yet , the price  value of the market might change during a turn around season which is the bullrun market.

I think it is opposite of that. Whales are manipulating the market not to sell their holdings but to increase it. When the price will go down, an informed investor will buy more but newbies will panic and sell their holding and that's exactly what they want. Keep the market red for so long that everyone would think that game is over and sell their Bitcoins/holding and then they'll buy it all.

Such reflections are like some kind of unintelligible exclamations. What you described is what happens every time when a correction takes place in any foreign exchange market. The same happens the same. But this is not a reason to shout and say that everything is over.

I like your opinion. Indeed, I want to face the truth and really treat reality. And it is not naive to believe and inspire yourself and others that bitcoin is alive!

And who said whales don't sell Bitcoins. Everyone sells BTC that's why there are buyers around. The market has fallen but that's not the end. The party isn't over yet. Even if the whales get out, new whales come in. That's how the world should be, you can't be a senior forever, someone has to replace you and who knows the replacement might be more huge than the previous. Prices shall surely return.

2018 seems would be difficult year for bitcoin that since hit all time high the price gradually decrease and some of my friends says long term hold seems not good options anymore because they really doubt the price will high again but fortunate not all people have same mind just like them and people still to keep buying and hold

Certainly, people with large capital (whales) can influence the market, and manipulate the prices of some coins, but I do not think that everything happens as you suppose and approve, because a lot of other factors influence the market.

Yes, that's the market movement so it should not be blame. That's if we as crypto currency players lack a smart strategy. Ultimately misread the opportunity and have already made the wrong decision. What can be done now is to learn from experience and update the strategy with a smarter and with a careful calculation of risk. Let the past go into the past, now just look at the future better. Do not give up with any of your failures. Because if you give up then you will not get any profit at all.

Be optimistic in a way. Yes, whales maybe selling their loads of loads of Bitcoins into different trading sites. you may expect the rise before the year ends where the hype is in there.
Its not about optimism, after every drop, little or huge some people start to wrote all sort of things about the end of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I`m here for years, believe me when I say I saw so many similar threads that
we can`t count them even if we want to do that.
Let him dump his coins, some of us will buy it and hold it. How op is wrong is visible:
Except on every round the dip gets deeper and deeper.
Where is price now, look at the bottom from last year, then from year before, then from two years before. What to say more on this, this guy have golden fish memory, he doesn`t remember the time after top in December and how everything came to that point.
While I have not been here for that long if we take the time to read the threads of years before we will see it is the same story with the only difference being the year in which that happened and the price of bitcoin, but it is always the same after a crash people begin to question whether bitcoin is going to survive and there are always people telling them it will and those that do not listen lose their money.

The game is finished against those who are pessimistic and have not understood the bitcoin trip since 2009. But for those who are optimistic and following the bitcoin price movement since 2009 the game has not been completed, as they know for certain how the bitcoin price moves from the start. there are times when bitcoin prices go up and there are times when prices go down, but to this day there are still many people who want to have bitcoin, meaning bitcoin is still trusted by many people and thus then for me bitcoin prices will surely rise again.

Let's see what you say when the next wave of growth begins. And it is you who are not right here, since you sell your tokens to whales, but very cheaply. Wink

I would not even tell that we are half a Year from that, but also we can never know that this is the last dip from our precious whales, lol. Maybe they would give us 100 more dips to buy and 100 peaks to sell?

And in fact the bitcoin is not finished yet, this is not the end value of bitcoin and bitcoin will not end this sooner. Bitcoin will present a more lively party, and if you leave bitcoin then you will miss the party.
