Using the Ethereum ERC20 platform is impressive. I believe the site just needs to look better from the looks of it. Might take a position.

Let's be absolutely clear, shall we?  This coin's concept and much of its copy has been lifted directly from Crypto20.  The ICO actually uses the same structure, approach, and hook.  The places where SmartThanCrypto's copy (STC) is different from Crypto20's (C20)? I'd say they're a bit inferior.

Idea genesis aside, the only real differences I see between these offerings is spread and team.  STC appears to put a 20% cap on three coins with diminishing caps on the remainder, whereas C20 has (or had... it's kind of hard to tell at the moment...maybe they have a separate bear market strategy they're running right now) 10% caps on 6 coins.

On the team angle, clearly, the C20 team has the chops to pull their thing off. 

I'm more than a little leery from the way STC pitched their idea as a screen grabbed copy of another company they didn't first negotiate with... add that to their guarantees of performance above and beyond anything out there (including C20, which is already doing what STC claims they'll be the first to do).  On the other hand, STC is headed by a man named Oliver Prock, who is the founder of an investment group by the name of Salus and he does have an algorithm named 'Smarter than Beta', so maybe this whole thing is legit with some corners cut on presentation.

There's nothing wrong with competing coin index funds but I'm still bothered by the lack of original presentation from the STC camp and I don't like that they refuse to acknowledge the leaders they're clearly imitating and following.  It smacks of insincerity.

The value of the Smarter Than Beta (STC) token represents exactly the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the portfolio.
