you need to edit neocoin.conf and add
rpcallowip=*
if you mine from different PC and just leave solo address and remove any pool you have there... also be sure you can ping the PC with the wallet from the PC you are mining, also dont forget to run server command!

server=1
in the conf

right block is >5690 and i have 21 connections no problems, sometimes no block for ~20min then i get 3-4
