You both are wrong, there will be no unsold tokens after end of crowdsale. AKAIITO smart contract works like - the tokens will be released only when they are bought.

"There won’t be any unsold tokens. Our smart contract logic is build the way, that tokens will released only at the moment when they are bought and until the amount will achieve its maximum of 30 mil. AIC tokens. So nothing will need to be burned "

U probably did not understand the concept. Here coukd be only 10 mil tokens as an example. The tokens will be issued in according to investors' contributions

Disagree...I think investors have the right to know literally all the info about the project including jurisdiction and agreements with diffrernt authorities etc

The platform would operate in crypto, so why would they need to exchange it to fiat? Also, banks are not exchanging crypto to fiat (at least at this point), there are crypto exchanges for that.
