Get an account on just-dice.com and beg for .01 BTC. People will have pity on you and will give you the .01 . If you are lucky you can build from this small amount. A person there said they turned .01 into 3 BTC. Good luck.

Also on occasion people who have won big will start giving away their winnings. "making it rain". I got .05 BTC this person just wanted to spread his new found wealth. He had just won 20 BTC.

He needs it by the end of august, so not really an option for him. You can always try getting a loan but that isn't going to help your reputation unless you're investing in something profitable and safe. Also, probably nobody will lend 4 BTC to a newbie in the first place so good luck at trying to accomplish the impossible.

This is not a good idea, people will not respect you and they will not give you anything.

From 0.01 btc to 3 btc with a 1 % house edge website?
Wow. If that happened it is really lucky. I don't think it is possible to have THAT luck.

The only way now is to buy it.... So little time.
You can also borrow it but:
1) you need collateral.
2) you need to pay back. + interest

I have an idea. Set up a thread and tell people you're manufacturing 28nm ASICs. Start preorder now. You have pretty chance to get 4 btc free in mentioned time.

Bitcoin isn't magic. You earn Bitcoins like you earn any other currency...

actually, bitcoin is magic, beautiful magic, but you still earn it like every other currency.

I agree. It's like magic in RPGs: you still have to learn spells  (professions), certain spells (professions) require certain levels (amount of brains), which can be gained through constant practice, and all of that requires mana (work).

buddy you're outta luck here, you either ask for a loan but you HAVE to pay it back. No discussion, plus those free bitcoin websites are either
1) Bullshit
2) Sold in micro coins.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?
