Hi, There, I transferred 0.056 BTC from Blockchain to coinexchange.io at 17th Jan. directly to XSTC ( safe trade coin ); I dont know if this is a right move to transfer directly or it's better to transfer to BTC and then transfer to other coins, but the block chain did not show me any error for the transfer, the transfer is confirmed and completed but still it's not received in my wallet at coinexchange.io after 5 days. and they do not answer my tickets,
plz help me what should I do?

here is the transfer details:
https://blockchain.info/tx/576d999dea4d4ec67dbe23178d9c3224e22bd0f7fbcb096e8a2edf9d143a748e

and the XSTC deposite code:
 1K8XKKud42KA7VUiQxwcCX9bGj8bfeqHoW

tnx

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

What the hell?!
Why would you transfer a coin to another coin's wallet.

I'm sure the exchange clearly states you shouldn't send any coin apart from bitcoin to the bitcoin wallet.
Square peg goes into square hole; bitcoin goes to bitcoin address!

It's up to coinexchange to export the private keys for the altcoin into a bitcoin wallet to recover the bitcoin you sent.
You'll need to contact them and explain the situation.. whether they respond or help you is totally up to them.

That is a very 'unique' attempt. I would advice people to not send anything to the XSTC chain besides XSTC.  Wink

I wonder if you already got a response from coinexchange, if not yet, just wait a little bit longer. I saw their article about Cross-chain deposit, there's a possibility that you could get back your BTC, however, you will pay a certain fee and it might took several days. See Cross-chain Recovery Policy

There are instant exchanges available out there (like shapeshift, changelly, changenow and more) where you could exchange BTC directly to other coins you want. Coinexchange is not one of them, so be careful next time before sending your coins to exchanges.

In my own opinion, I will advice you to contact the manager of xstc and explain the whole situation if your btc will be reversed back to you. You shouldn't have sent a btc into xstc as they are two different accounts and be careful when next you are trying to transfer or exchange your coins, please be sure of the right wallet to use.
