ETH Withdrawal with Yobit

Hi , I had withdrawn my ETH from Yobit to MEW almost 12 hours back  and it still shows in Process under Pending withdrawals. When I click on the transaction it doesn’t give me any details but get directed to “The requested URL /en/trade/undefined/undefined was not found on this server.”

Typically I have never face such long time in terms of withdrawal of ETH - can someone please please help. I have already opened a ticket with Support but not sure if they are going to response soon. Can someone suggest on what to do ? Just wait or assume the ETH is gone

I also tried to withdraw my ETH from Yobit and had the exact same situation.

Looking at the forums, it seems that there are numerous withdrawal / deposit issues on yobit and support aren't reacting to the tickets.

Unfortunately, I would consider your funds are lost until some miracle happens.

I am going to bug them to the core, till the time they respond to the ticket.

same happen to me .

This is second time it happens.

The last time i got my coin back and that was TRX.

This time i withdraw ETH and same thing happen.

I didnt get my reply to my ticket yet.

Still waiting for them. The fund still hold with Yobit as there no TxID created yet.

I hope they taking action to fix the issue.

Just receive my full amount of withdrawal. explaination given confirmation email not working.

Anyway as long as my fund are still with me it all good.
