There are already countries which do regulates ICO on where it can really protect investors into possible frauds that can be made by a team and about legal framework im not still sure if this thing  would be emphasized or not.Investment on ICO is good as long you do know on which project you will jump in. Profitability would vary if they would succeed or even failed down.
