Monero - looking for a solution

I have "normal" PC.. I have some old GPU 650Ti .. but on my motherboard there is one more slot for gpu..
I was thinking to buy some new gpu for start, and then add second one when I get more money

so, the question is.. what would be a good cheep gpu for start ?
is there anywhere on internet where can I see hash rate compared to gpu/price ?

any suggestions.. price would be around 200 euro.. for start for one gpu
