The demand is there, just not the right prices.

Why would anyone use btc to pay for that?
If you want to buy drugs, ok, you won't use fiat but btc, but a VPS?

Comon, you can pay directly with your credit card for that. And get it cheap.

This is exactly why bitcoin isn't taken seriously. This is also why bitcoin is sometimes referred to as "a currency to buy illegal goods" by many people, including some times the press.

I don't see how that can be the reality. Don't you see a good amount of people buying and selling legal goods and services in these forums? Or those investing in Bitcoin believing that it will work out?

Exclusively in bitcoin - no.

Why would you limit your clients to only use 1 payment method - what *benefit* to them would their be ?
Why would any serious host limit themselves to only taking bitcoin - a miniscule %age of people wanting internet services have bitcoins to spend.
