Hello,

Previous week was a disaster. I lost my authenticator (phone stolen) and lost my seed (bad backup). My bad, but I hope there is a way to unlock my wallet. My authenticator app was filled with 2fa codes from websites, that unlocked my account even without my secret keys. I hope this is also possibel for Electrum.

Please advise me how I can identify myself to reset/remove 2fa on my wallet.

Thanks,
Tim

Usually you can't. You will either need the seed to get hold of 2-of-3 keys necessary to spend the coins or the 2FA to make TrustedCoin sign the transaction to you.

But recently a user[1] said that he emailed TrustedCoin and they gave him his 2FA secret QR (very unlikely but idk). I still think that's impossible, but trying that wouldn't hurt you.

Alternatively if your authenticator app was authy you can look into recovering access to your authy account via your associated email address or phone number.

Unfortunately my authenticator was from Microsoft. I have Authy now installed. This won't happen twice Cry

I will email Trustedcoin. It is a chance!
