I don't have any experience with this service, and they just recently launched, but they do mention accepting prepaid gift cards as payment towards the purchase of bitcoins:

LOL, get-bitcoin.com accepts prepaid debit cards, but you have to physically mail them the card.
I'd rather just mail cash to someone.

I'm assuming the service that accepts prepaid gift cards in exchange for bitcoins uses them for purchases before releasing the bitcoins, thus effectively to the exchange, those are irrevocable after being spent.
