After some research here are my top 8 rankings of mining services / methods in terms of payout/M hashes (includes CPU (CL) mining and web browser (JS) mining):

#1: Tomos CPU (CL) mining at 300 satoshi/M hashes fixed (link in signature)

#2: Tomos Web browser (JS) mining (also for for website operators) pays 280 satoshi/M hashes fixed (link in my siugnature)

#3: Monerise.com (for Website operators only) pays 0.00008641 XMR/M hashes (currently 243 satoshi/M hashes) variable

#4: CoinIMP (JS) mining pays 0.00007516 XMR/M hashes (currently 212 satoshi/M hashes) variable (link in my signature)

#5: (a) Satoshistream currently pays 100% of WebMinePool (JS) mining also can withdraw from a minimum of 1 satoshi http://satoshistream.com/

      (b) WebMinePool (JS) mining at 0.00006522 XMR/M hashes (currently 193 satoshi/M hashes) variable

#6: Crypto-Loot.com browser mining pays 0.00006237 XMR/M hashes (currently 176 satoshi/M hashes) variable

#7: Minergate PPS: currently pays 0.00006388 XMR/1M hashes (currently 180 satoshi/M hashes)
                  PPLNS: currently pays 0.00006764 XMR (currently190 satoshi/M hashes)

#8: CoinHive browser (JS) mining at 0.0000500 XMR/M hashes variable (currently 141 satoshi/M hashes) variable

* Satoshi is 0.00000001 BTC. XMR to BTC conversion rates based on current coinmarketcap.com rate (0.02821510 BTC/XMR) at the time of the post was last edited.

** This list is still under development. Please feel free to suggest any better mining methods in the comments below, and I will update this and concequently the #1 post in OP. Thanks.

Someone asked me how does Minergate compare. Well here is what I found:

According to their website: https://minergate.com/fees

Their PPS Fees for CryptoNote coins are 1.5% while their PPLNS is 1%

Accordning to their Cryptonote Calculator: https://minergate.com/calculator/cryptonote

The formula to calculate the reward is:
Reward = ((hashrate * block_reward) / current_difficulty) * (1 - pool_fee) * 3600 ...(in one hour)
Since we are comparing in terms of payout / 1M hashes in order to remove the time factor, we remove th "*3600" anf get:
Reward = ((hashrate * block_reward) / current_difficulty) * (1 - pool_fee)

On the same page it currently shows that Monero (XMR) is the most profitable one.

Googling block XMR block rewards we find that current block reward is 5.35 + 0.2595 = 5.6095 XMR and current difficulty is 74,629,987,418

Applying the formula for 1 M hashes:
Reward = ((1,000,000 * 5.6095) / 74,629,987,418) * (1 - 0.15)
Reward = (0.00007516) * (0.85) = 0.00006388 XMR/1M hashes You can see already that with this payout they rank somewhere between WebMinePool and CoinHive.

Converting 0.00006388 XMR to BTC satoshis using current coinmarketcap.com price of 0.02821510 BTC/XMR, the Minergate payout is currently 180 satoshi/M hashes. This puts Minergate as the new #7, pushing CoinHive further down to #8.

Repeating the same for PPLNS with 1.5% fee we get:
Reward = (0.00007516) * (0.9) = 0.00006764 XMR which converts to 190 satoshi/M hashes, still putting it in #7. Sorry Minergate. You've got to do better!

I will update the Top Rankings with this current BTC/XMR price to make the coparison more up to date.

Tomos has kinda disappeared for a while.

I think it's a possibility that he may be facing some serious personal issues (health, jail, ... etc.). Because we don't know I believe it's best that everyone stops mining with Tomos and switch to an alternative until we hear from him.

I'll update the list as soon as I find time to find the current best CPU miner, if not CoinImp (link in signature). Thanks.
