I have finally been answered by support and all balances have been taken care of. It took over a month but all is good. And the system there is a lot faster than it used to be, so they must have been doing something. I've done some small trades of various coins over the past few days and all went quick and without a problem.

I not understand this as well. Yesterday I've traded something like 50k NXTs, and got some points. But after withdrawning about 80% of my balance, all bonuses disappeared. So, looks like it's something like bonus for using the exchange as "saving account"

Yesterday I deposited some NXT, and it was in my account in 45 min,  but today, it doesn't even show up as "pending" and it's been 6 hours, even though the transaction has been confirmed in the block.
