You could try this few GPU Overclocking Utilities.
Gigabyte OC Guru -The Gigabyte OC Guru only works with Nvidia cards while some features are limited to Gigabyte only products.
Sapphire TriXX -Similar to MSI Afterburn
EVGA Precision -This utility only allows overclocking on Nvidia Cards.
Etc...  Cheesy

Afterburner is the best, but I felt Asus GPU Tweak II is good for Equihash in my B250.

After moving away from the blockchain drivers I am switching to OverdriveNtool for AMD. So far it has been a good experience. I hate how bulky and slow Wattman is.
