YOBIT WITHDRAWAL IS A SCAM

Hi , I had withdrawn my ETH from Yobit to MEW almost 12 hours back  and it still shows in Process under Pending withdrawals. When I click on the transaction it doesn’t give me any details but get directed to “The requested URL /en/trade/undefined/undefined was not found on this server.”

Typically I have never face such long time in terms of withdrawal of ETH - can someone please please help. I have already opened a ticket with Support but not sure if they are going to response soon. Can someone suggest on what to do ?
