A bounty manager's work involves monitoring all the posts, post quality, campaign quality, making sure no spammers are on board. Its a 24/7 hectic job and most that I know (including myself) would normally want a btc / eth payment in addition to tokens. So do consider that for a change.

Great project has been posted by many scammers here for so many times and how could people tell that you and your team are legit ones? Maybe you should pay your managers some spare BTC and use escrow for funds safekeeping since Posting a tokens for payments will not really good at all since the one who will bite that is those managers who doesn't have any good reputation to handle your campaign. But if you want to have a great Bounty manager for your team then spend some crypto with value and show what your team got to make this show up.

Professional Bounty Manager is a big catch and most of the mangers i know who fall under this category will have to access the authenticity of the project to make sure they are not indirectly vouching for a project that's not worth it but if it holds water you can try any of the following
