What about those that found blocks on original chain?  You will compensate on the new chain for their time and effort, the early adopters and believers of your technology?  You should pay out anything below block 3500 to those who send you wallet file of old chain.

They have exploited a lot of blocks in 1-2 working hours (about 3600 blocks). That is the moment that we are having problems in the process of starting to run FXC coin. The first diggers have benefited from our system error.

This is the final decision from FXC's development team: We will not compensate FXC's first peers because they have benefited from a bug in FXC's co-driver operations.

The members have dug first. Stop sending threatening letters to the development team. We believe that the majority of the community will believe in the integrity of the FXC development team instead of the bad responses of the few.

I think anyone who actually reads what I wrote will see that I wasn't threatening anyone, and was actually trying to support the coin.  I have spread zero FUD on this coin, and I did not threaten to do so.  My guess is they google translated what I said and thought it was threatening.

1. Happens to be the only other NIST5 Masternode coin
2. Github doesn't show any forks. Code was uploaded yesterday with no prior work being shown.
3. Website shows striking similarities in regards to the language used on our website. Same exact 18 word explanation of Proof of Work and exact same 20 word explanation of Masternodes, both of which were written by one of our team members.
4. Copyright attributions (required by GNU Public License) have been stripped for Bulwark, PIVX, and Dash.

Regardless of whether it turns out to be a Dash, PIVX, or Bulwark fork (we'll need our coders to take a closer look to confirm), it's quite disheartening to see you guys be so eager to go out of your way to remove all attributions and thanks to the people that put in the work that allowed this coin to exist and gave it to you for free.

It's pretty obvious that you're stealing work from other projects (with the exception of only Bitcoin) and claiming it as your own work.

I sincerely hope you guys do the right thing and add the correct attributions back into your code as well as your website and update it soon.
