Hi

I have an account with CEX and it so happens that its very hard to get fiat currency out of there. They warn users that bank transfers take 60 days, and even my inbound wire transfer to CEX took me 30 days and at least 20 emails with support to get the money.

So,

I thought I'll open an account with cryptocapital.co, which is apparently a partner with CEX

I did that, and I transferred $425 out of cryptocapital.co, to my bank account.

Its been 8 days and I have not even had a confirmation email from cryptocapital.co, no money, no confirmation nothing. The transaction isn't even showing up in my account's transaction history.

The amount isn't showing as "available" so I'm assuming its in process. (whatever that means).

I've emailed support at least 5 times, and tried to call them several times.

No one answers their phone and no one ever replies to their support email address. Even their voicemail box is full.

The bigger question is - whether I should continue with my CEX account. It seems to me now that there's no way to take fiat out of that account. I only do mining and I sell at CEX - they have better rates, so I sell there and I have to take fiat out. If there's no way to take fiat out of CEX it's useless to have an account there.

The only other option is to do a withdrawal to a credit card from CEX which is again useless, because it would take me a very long time to get that money into my bank from the credit card company.

Anyone have any thoughts?

S

Did you ever get an answer from them? I am in the same situation, only with a lot more money involved. Transfer from CC has been demanded 14 days ago and I have no updates.

I got the money, but I had to wait for 1 month from the date of the transfer.

I know - it's very frustrating. Wait it out.

It seems to be a waiting game.  Embarrassed
It's best to avoid using cryptocapital.co after you get this issue resolved. They have worked like this since 2016, see post here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1683368.0 , recent posts were made just last feb 2018. They seem to send the money, however, it really takes a month or more

You should've read it or researched it before making a fuss in the forum I'm not saying it is bad to post stuff here but such claims that are uncertain is literally not a good thing to share in this forum it could give instant bad reputation to such claims why? Because there are newbies and trolls who will make small things into big things that may affect someone or anybody known as fake news.
