I'd suggest you to consider ATF for February. I believe their ICO starts next month, they have a huge potential considering the non-stop growth of the cannabis market. Very solid and neatly-written whitepaper, and the team behind it has a credible record. Check it out: https://ico.agrotechfarm.com
Currently, I've invested in these sleeping giants: Restart Energy, Giftz, and Cointed. Most probably my next additions to my portfolio would be ATF, Bee Token, and Knowledge.

ICO for february, I suggest daneel.io, which will start on january 29, why daneel.io because only daneel.io is using AI technology. Daneel is your future smart assistant. He is your future partner: he will help you all information related to cryptocurrencies.

Gems is on start.
And I think that's one of the most promising concepts of these days.

It is about a payment system for micro-tasks. Such micro-tasks are gaining more and more importance as it becomes increasingly clear that computers and even blockchains can not do everything.

I have no relation with these 2 icos but I find them very interesting, they are Gibraltar Rock Token, and Wepower, the first one is going to be a new exchange and world first regulated token sale platform so I would recommend you to check it.

thanks, WePower in our top-list already. Will check Gbraltar right now

I am getting acquainted with these projects:
Apollo dae - new Global Digital Asset Exchange
Napoleon X - Napoleon Crypto will run a platform that will enable the design of algorithmic solutions on an open source scheme.

Thanks. Why do you think world needs one more digital asset exchange? what's wrong with existing ones? Second project is just too sophisticated for us, can't say anything about it.

A good one to consider that has a lot of people excited is NEX, which is building a decentralized exchange based on the NEO blockchain. There's no specific date for the crowdsale yet but it's scheduled to happen in Q1, so it'll almost certainly be in February or March.

I saw stopthefake ICO and I fell in love with the name. I think authenticating product and service through blockchain to detect fake is  a  brilliant idea.

Agree also

If that interests you check out this one as well

https://copytrack.io/

It's the extension of an already up and running company that operates in 4 major cities.

Thanks, interesting.

WePower is my number one. Better user base than PowerLedger, so almost a guaranteed ROI.

Where did you get the data about WePower userbase?

My top 4 for February are

1. Celcius.network - This type of project do have a future. We've seen relative success of ethlend and Celcius is way better.

2. Tutellus.io - It's already a successful business model since 2013 and now is going tokenized for global reach.

3. WePower.network - They are a serious team with serious influence in European energy market.

4. Experty.io - They are expert of what they are doing. Though I still didn't get what they are doing, they are getting a huge attention.

I agree with you, especial Experty.io and Tutellus.io

In Feb and Mar 2018, I joined 3 ICO projects: Arcblock, Bigbom, Bibox.
Take a look into this forum and you will find more details about it.

Their group of more than 40,000 people of wepower group is indeed a huge number.

You forgot the hidden gem of the year.

Don't be fooled by the low amount of activites on their [ANN] Refereum — Game marketing and rewards (Quotes from Twitch and Unity3D)

Their token webpage:
https://token.refereum.com/

Their Telegram got over 50K members at the moment:

Hi everyone! I've been reading all the top altcoin discussions and blockchain news around 4 or 5 months. Now I feel like I'm ready to get some practice Cool

My friend knows a bit more in trading, so we decided to invest together from the start. In February we plan to spend around $10k to buy different tokens. The same in March. We don't plan to get "easy money" or something like that, so we will reject any spammy or overadvertised projects. Projects with huge pre-sale discount will be also rejected.

We're looking for long-term projects aimed to change some existing industry with blockchain. I'm gonna to check every project mentioned in the newsfeed, in this topic, and in every trustworthy list like ICOrating. For now we decided to start from Telecom and Marketing Automation areas.

Of course we all do our own researches. However, I believe that together we will be able to guard ourselves from scam/crap and find real brilliants in blockchain ocean.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Top projects for now (Jan 23rd)
1) https://bubbletone.io — Graphene smarcontracts aimed to eliminate mobile roaming fees. The same phone number around the world. Mobile tarification by local prices anywhere. Working prototype, strong team. Dublin, Ireland.
2) https://adhive.tv — AI-controlled influencer marketing platform.
3) https://experty.io/ — the app aimed to monetize expert's time and efforts. More than just marketplace.
4) https://www.sooloox.com/ — monetizing customer's data

5) https://valid.global/ — control on your personal data.

Rejected:
1) http://www.qlink-ico.com — Decentralized Mobile Network. This is a mix of several services, including new cryptocurrency. Seems unfocused.

Hi, You are welcome to review https://Cubaaz.io

Thanks. However, Cubaaz looks like a solutioin for the problem which doesn't exist. Let me know if I'm wrong

Seems like your top contains only 1 promising project.

1 — one more peer-to-peer platform with cashback. All peer-to-peer services are highly vulnerable for manipulation. Let me know if Celcius' business model prevents collapse when too many people borrowed money and won't get it back
2 — good idea, real market problem. However, huge pre-sale discount
3 — this one seems like really good one
4 — overadvertised and perhaps aimed to solve not existing problem.

ok, thanks for your feedback, I totally agree. What projects would you recommend?

I actually won't recommend to participate in any ICO if you want to earn money. ICO just not about it. If you want to earn money in crypto economy, buy cryptocurrencies and learn trading

ahah, lol. ok, thanks for your wise suggestion, I'll think about it. What ICO is about in your opinion?
