From the ICOs listed in the first post I don't see 1 good project. Why haven't you posted projects that are worth getting into - like dadi or arc block?

Both dadi and arcblock have many scam accusations check it out.

In my opinion, one of the best ICOs in early 2018 will be ArcBlock. They will implement blockchain 3.0 a platform suitable for DApps, a gap that has not yet been resolved by any solution, even Ethereum.
Blockchain is still a technology used and understood by few users, is not friendly and has high costs and poor performance. Blockchain 3.0 is on its way to solving these major problems and spreading the blockchain to the whole world. There are over 47K people in ArcBlock's Telegram Channel.
Anyway,do your own reasearch, check out its website(https://www.arcblock.io/) , team and whitepaper, watch the Ian Balina's AMA and the Suppoman review in youtube and other sources of information as well.

Hey guys!

It's strange that you didn't add Dether to the list, although you probably haven't heard about it yet.
I would advise you to pay attention to them. They have a real potential to break the barrier to crypto mass adoption using their geolocation dapp that allows users to sell and buy crypto for cash from each other. The dapp already has an alpha version and the whole team and the implementation of the project at a high level. Consensys supports them.

At the moment, during the whitelisting, they unwittingly created a deficit on their tokens. There are a lot of interested people, but the offer is limited. For the first round (start of February 7 and it only lasts 2 days), it's not possible to sign up and I'm not sure what the second one is for. Because for the second round they will offer only those tokens that remain after the first, but this is unlikely to happen.

They say that a fully functional smart contracts are not available from other platforms. I can not agree (Graphene is one of the example)("-")

It is true that there is a demand from customers: banks and financial services ("+")
Project MVP is ready. Work on Alpha version and i adore the projects where there is at least a Beta version. ("+")

I participate in MDL bounty.  Pre-ISO ends on 31.01, but the project has already collected a maximum of $ 500,000.  ISO will be in March.  A strong team and excellent prospects for the project.

The best ICO for February, in my opinion, is Arcblock. This is a very interesting startup, I suggest you look to him.

I would suggest for Bubbletone, DebitumNetwork and the signature I'm wearing PolicyPal. These are good projects and investment wise.

This is a very good idea but the ICO is over (December 13) so it is out of the scope I guess. It is smart to build a private net over the INTERNET though.

If you are looking for a good ICO i can suggest coincalendar.com.They are evaluating the ICO's strictly and of course you need to do  your own research.Always be responsible in searching about the project don't just read the white paper also check the person's behind it and on how they work for it.

Have you checked arkblock?

https://www.arcblock.io/

Token sale is Feb 3, 2018.

Check their roadmap and whitepaper. Make sure that you do your own research before investing on any ICO so you will not regret what you invest.

There are many promising ICO that will be launching this coming February and March. You can check on CEDEX- the first diamond blockchain exchange and Peer Mountain - the blockchain  based software platform that gives individual the secure ownership of their own data.
