ltcmine.ru ever going to give us our LTC back?

Anyone think that ltcmine.ru will ever give their users back any part of their locked LTCs from mining?  I sent the operator an e-mail requesting partial payment and never got a response.  Since I can't post on other forums instead of this one, I am asking here.

To me, he should have taken a loss to gain back the trust of his users.  One bad situation.

I had a balance of 26.9 on their website and he paid out me about 9 ltc in september. When I asked him why did I not get the full payout he said it was only possible to give a partial payout but didn't tell me why.

In the pool i use to mine (not ltcmine.ru) i had my ltc payout placed at 15ltc. Now after the boom i 've changed it to 1
