“坦率地讲，与东部沿海省份相比，东北地区营商环境确实还存在一定差距，有待进一步优化。”国家发改委政策研究室主任严鹏程表示，“近期，我们注意到媒体热议亚布力、雪乡事件，地方政府及时进行了处置和回应。我们认为，损害企业家、投资者和消费者权益的行为应坚决制止，并按照法律法规进行处理，政府部门在营商环境建设中要起带头示范作用。我们希望社会各界继续关注东北地区改善营商环境的努力，帮助监督改进存在的问题。”
