I'm Brett.  I am too poor to mine BTC these days, so I decided it was time to grow the marketplace which gives these coins actual worth.

This isn't a solicitation or sell spam, I really want opinions.

Here's an example of what I have:
(There are about 50 more to list, just finished product photos. )

https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/52644-insane-custom-boro-glass-pipe-unique

It's a glass pipe.  If that isn't your thing, cool.  I just need to know a few things:

1.  Where can I best sell this type of item for BTC/LTC?  US online and live markets are mostly saturated, but altcoin markets are not.
2.  Is there anything about the ad that is a buyer turn-off (and suggestion for fix?)
3.  Might it be a good idea to sell on SR/BMR/Atlantis, even though my products are (generally) completely legal?  It's kind of an ideally targeted market.

Thanks.  Smiley

I have the same items on Etsy (no sales), but the restrictions on this type of item in U.S. states varies so much that they aren't allowed on ebay, Amazon, etc.  I am a full time student, I can't really commit to live retail selling.  Online is pretty ideal.

My parents run a glass blowing business.  They tried for a while to ship through postal mail, but they got too many returns for broken merchandise.

Just thought I would share my similar experience.  Glass isn't something that can be shipped easily.  Sad

Nice glass, and good luck with the business!

I agree with Vod that glass is more difficult to ship, but with a simple wooden box and proper cushioned packaging, shipping delicate glassware is pretty straightforward. I do it all the time.  Grin
Hit up the local smoke shops, as local sales are always preferable, but shipping opens you up to the world and I agree that the internet is where the bulk of your customers will probably be.

BTCitcointalk 1%ers manipulate the currency and deceive its user community.

If you know a PHP developer, they should be able to implement a Bitcoin payment system on your site fairly easily.

If you don't know a PHP developer:
-- but are somewhat decent with PHP and HTML, you can do it yourself
-- you can hire one on freelancer.com for $30 to $50 (but then there's the safety issue of trusting an unknown person with your wallet info)
-- get an account with Bitpay (I know nothing about them except that they process BTC payments for websites). It looks like this will still require minimal coding on your end though.
