Please tell me the location of offline bitcoin exhange

I am a south korean, I would like to go to hongkong, malaysia or wherever I can buy bitcoin in world average price.

People are saying hongkong and malaysia have offline bitcoin exchange so I can buy bitcoin anonymously, please tell me where it is.

or anywhere I can buy it without verification, I'm tired of waiting for verification. No site have apporoved my documents yet.

The only way to buy bitcoin offline is to trade with other people who have already bitcoin. ( such as Ebay or someone you know)
Also the pubblic machine need a verification.

Near in your area or location.. it would be hard to find someone near in your place to deal meetups or trade offline.
The only thing that i know easy to trade if you have a debit card and buy bitcoins directly to exchanges local or global exchanges.

Check closest buyers/seller on localbitcoins.com and analyze their reviews. If you find anyone trustful, go for it.
