yes, there are signature campaigns for newbies
you need to check announcement and bounty thread and check rules for a project you are interested in

You guys must study first and read the rules before you join the signature camapaign because you might have red trust like me when I am Jr.Member I ask for a loan then He gives me Red trust and now I know why he puts this red trust.

hello dear, some signature campaign manager accept Newbie, so that maximum signature campaign manager and bounty manager accept Jr.member to higher rank, please see the service section, your need keep quality 14 post for 14days, so increase your activities and join maximum bounty and signature. thanks

There is signature, but you need to read the regulations and rules for the condition given. And strictly adhere.to it.

Newbies are not accepted to join signature campaigns so you must need to rank up atleast jr. Member to be eligible to join and get paid.

No signature campaigns for newbies thats it!!
You can only join on signature campaigns when you reach the minimum rank required which is jr member.

There are very signature bounty that accept newbie.....most of the signature bounty is from Jr. Member. advisably you go for twitter bounty while your bitcointalk account is growing

The newbie's bounty program exists but rarely, but rewards are rare!
The minimum requirement for many activities is JR!
